I've found that the staff is helpful such as Azuredee and sales people as well the major road block I've experienced trying to get 2 vehicles from them on 2 separate occasions is the finance managers. They don't always want to give all the rebates that are applicable or down grade the value of your trade in even when you cone in with your own financing in place. I say this because both tines they have given me troubles other dealers did not in the same situation, one was Acura and the other was Volvo. I ended up getting a car from each of those dealers when turned down by Cutter.
