I absolutely love my LS! It's the American 540i, with money left in your wallet. Excellent handling for a 2 ton, 4 door barge, especially with the Michelin Pilot Sport tires I put on it. Strong acceleration, excellent turn-in, and supreme comfort. Only problem is the stupid leaking valve cover issue, requiring new seals and possibly ingnition coils. Be prepared to spend another $1,000 if you buy that hasn't had this problem fixed. Still, for the paltry sum that these are fetching right now, it's an EXCELLENT buy! I'd do it all over again!

Overall, for the price we paid in May 05, with 50K miles($16K), I think we got a good deal. We only have maintenance on it now and it's holding up nice. Roomy on the inside, sporty on the outside. Gas mileage is somewhat less than average

I love everything about this car, but im going back to school and will be commuting, so i need something with better gas mileage. This car has amazing get up and go! Very comfortable ride, especially for the long drives.
