Dealership wasn’t willing to work with me because I’d be shipping the vehicle. I said I would accept liability and they still refused service

Put one price on car gurus and then give you a totally different price in the end. Would not recommend.

I just received the truck a few days ago and I love it. I bought it sight unseen because I live in Hawaii, and the two people I dealt with @ Redlands Toyota were amazing. The truck is exactly how they exclaimed it to be. They even sent me an exact video walk around of the truck's exterior and engine bay, as I requested, which is what determined my direction to purchase it. I was told the car I wanted to buy was going to be ready for my schedule appointment but then received a quick text saying the car was sold and then I didn't hear anything else from anyone.

They have been very professional and communicative. I am still considering buying a Toyota from here. Come check them out.
