First of all they waste my time spoke to them over the phone told him how I was going to finance and pay half with a check when I get there they want to run my credit I already got approved form my bank they did not want to accept that telling me they have to run my credit which is a lie did not want to sell me the car because I wasn't financing through their bank they was more concerned about running my credit than selling me the car I have a $14,000 check on me and they let me walk out the dealership just because I didn't let them run my credit if you go with your own approval they are not going to accept you because they want you to finance through them to get kick back money in their pocket I was approved by Chase and this dealership deals with Chase and still gave me a hard time be aware

Mr. Ben Rice contacted me immediately, and I made an appointment to test drive the RAV4. My daughter was the one who test drove the car, and he explained everything about the car in great details. Thank you for all your help. The RAV4 did not have the Blind Spot Monitoring system as mentioned on the website. This is not the dealer or Mr. Ben Rice's fault.

The photos of the car online did not accurately reflect the car we saw when we arrived. The tailgate had stickers on it and there was chipped paint around the wheel well. The pictures online included the tailgate and the wheel well but did not have stickers or chipped paint. The video sent by the salesman was also shot in a way to ensure we didn't see these issues.
