Good experience

A gentleman reach out to me about the car asked about my pay stylus told him I would be able to pdf them the next day never heard back tried twice to textt him back no response, poor service if u are not able to help just say that instead of not responding. Poor poor customer service and will let people know about my experience.

Waited 10 days to get a response. Couldn't get a straight answer as to whether the car was sold and what the price actually is. I think the ad is for a car that doesn't exist. Waste of time.

Very attentive and friendly

Mazda of Orange is an excellent place to get your next car. Zeinab in sales was friendly and had my car ready to look at with no pressure. They made the whole process smooth, from test drive, to finance, all the way to the keys being handed over. They were so great, considering going back for another Mazda for the wife.

Axel was great! Transparent with the price, no dealer add ons, great test drive. One of the best dealerships I’ve been to.

Made an appointment to see the car. Unfortunately they sold the car a day after my appointment and the day I went for my appointment they didn’t even call or text me saying they sold the car and I drove 2 hrs
