2000 Used Porsche Boxster Base
An eight year old car with 100K miles that still runs like new! It's small enough to be fun to drive but big enough inside for a 6'-2" driver.
Pros —
Great handling and balance.
Cons —
Interior plastic wears easily.

| “Really Fun To Drive - When It Isn't Broken” Reviewing:
2000 Used Porsche Boxster Base
The car responds like a Porsche. Very few cars drive and feel this way, provide this level of performance and still remain comfortable. Too bad the car kept breaking with little stuff and add in a really crappy dealer experience in Buffalo NY, it wasn't worth keeping.
Pros —
Great handling. Great brakes.
Cons —
Expensive to maintain. Lot's of little stuff kept breaking and the dealer wouldn't have the parts in stock, so it would mean repeat trip to fix the problem after the parts arrive.

| “Not For Me...” Reviewing:
2000 Used Porsche Boxster S
I bought this car for my wife, to replace the 380SL. Unfortunately we made the mistake of thinking the Tiptronic would be better for around-town driving in LA. Actually, its just boring. I'm sure a lot of people love their Boxsters but between the Ferrari and the Mercedes this car has become the red-headed stepchild and I just don't drive it. My wife got a dog, and the dog got a Jeep, so she doesn't drive it either. Sort of hanging on to it until I get our new house sorted, and then will trade it for something I actually want...
Pros —
It is a Porsche, so it goes, turns, and stops like a Porsche.
Cons —
Tiptronic is boring, I mean 'put the car cover on it and try to ignore that I have it' boring.

| “Your First Step Onto The Porsche Ladder” Reviewing:
2000 Used Porsche Boxster Base
I`ve owned 911`s, a 924 & a couple of 944`s, the Boxsters a good choice with excellent handling, but isnt as well built as the old school ones.
Pros —
Suprising economy, superb handling.
Cons —
Doesnt feel special inside or to drive unless you do some uprating

| “Not My Style” Reviewing:
2000 Used Porsche Boxster Base
It felt cramped, it didn't get up and moved like I think a sports car should, and the final insult is that it sounds like a leaf blower when driving down the street. I know its the entry level car but they really need to work on it if they want someone stepping up from a Miata to want this.
Pros —
It's a Porsche
Cons —
It's not a 911, nor even as good as a G35 coupe or 350Z is today

| “Ignore The "hairdresser's Car" Jibes - These Are Serious Sports Cars!” Reviewing:
2000 Used Porsche Boxster S
Mid-engined layout makes for amazing handling and balance. More naturally poised than a 911.
Pros —
Many
Cons —
Can't think of one at the moment...
