Only problem I have is the lack of power and rear or all wheel drive.

Pros: Great handling, factory sound system, and decent gas economy.
Cons: Lacks torque and is quite heavy.

This car is pretty amazing, it is very fun to drive in and with the exhaust I have in mine as you can see in the picture has an incredible sound. The car is small yet still comfortable and I know that it will last me for a long time.

Pros: Fun to drive, reliable
Cons: takes premium gas, and doesnt have a lot of headroom

just bought my type sh prelude a couple of months ago, and it handles almost like my 89 mr2(dream). it is decent on gas and is really fun to drive.  it is a lot more powerful than you would expect in a v4.  reliable, but the vavles are going, minor replacement for an otherwise great car to have, interior and exterior wise.

Pros: awesome handling, great power for a v4
Cons: valves are a little weak, takes premium gas only

Handling and Cost of Ownership make this a stellar first car for wannabe drivers (not commuters and drag racers). Build Quality is bullet-proof Honda, sips fuel and I used only half a tank while in constant VTEC mode on a full trackday of 4 separate 20min sessions!! Fun Factor - unmatched (since you don't have reliability problems to spoil that fun)

Pros: VTEC and the handling  - foolishly fantastic
Cons: Can u think of any good ones? Maybe power, but it's adequate too.

Love driving this car.  Not a whole lot of power (175whp), but it's only a 4-banger.  Gets about 29-30 in mixed driving.  Corners like it's on rails, the ATTS really helps take a lot of the FWD understeer bias out of the car.  My only gripe is space and of course, that the wrong wheels are connected to the engine.

Pros: Handling, looks, fuel efficiency
Cons: Small car, not RWD

I bought this car in Aug of 06, and i absolutely love it.  It was my affordable dream car back when i owned a saturn sl2 and still is.

My prelude has been the  best handling FWD car ive ever owned.  Ive taken it on several backroads and raced it in autocross and even had it on a few tracks and it has only exhibited a minimal amount of understeer when i really push it.

The car will stop on a dime, the brakes are great and really inspire confidence when in a difficult situation.

I know the prelude was only given a 4 cyl. but the H22A4 accelerates just like a v6.  I drove a 97 accord v6 not too long ago and it would out perform it easy.

The build quality is solid, ive owned it for 2 years and havent had a problem with it.  Its very easy to modify too, ive spent many summer afternoons outside tinkering w/ my car trying to squeeze out a little more performance.

The car looks great, even when dirty.  Sometimes i look outside and think "wow, i cant believe i own one of these".

Even when im out in public, i will get comments on how the car looks.  Every now and then someone will drive by and say "hey, nice car"  or smile or even turn their head and follow the car.

Gas mileage is subjective, based on how much of a lead foot you are but my gas mileage has been about 23-24 in the city and about 26-28 on the highway, although i did get 30mpg on a trip back home from college once.

The car will use about a quart of oil between oil changes but again thats a subjective thing based on how much you hit vtec b/c vtec uses oil pressure to move the solenoid.

As ive said, the car is a blast to drive.  Inspires confidence in the corners, accelerates like a v6, stops great, looks great.  Amazing car all around

Pros: Acceleration, braking, handling
Cons: occasionally uses some oil, the SH model can be tough to work on

Great overall car. Its quick and the v-tec rocks. Holds up great as long as you keep up with normal maintenance. The inside is comfortable and is very user friendly. Honda parts are cheap if your into modding  or if u mess something up. I get about 29 mpg with normal city and hwy driving but I can get 34 if I drive slow with the windows up. Fun to drive and lasts forever. Deff worth the money.

Pros: Cheap, fast, lasts forever
Cons: Could be faster but hey... poor mans sports car

195 hp monster!  Cloth seats, trip-tronic tranny, and a lead foot make this car go zoom!  Pretty fast!

Pros: Great looking car, easy to drive.
Cons: Suck gas like no tomorrow.  Plus, it uses premium!!  If you can afford the gas, it is still worth it!
