2009 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS AWD

The 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS AWD provides optimal traction and stability on all types of roads and in all types of driving conditions, thanks to its Borg Warner all-wheel-drive system. Power comes in the form of a 2.7-liter, double-overhead-cam V6 engine, which produces 185 hp and 183 lb-ft of torque. The V6 connects to a five-speed manual transmission or an available four-speed automatic transmission with Shiftronic, which enables drivers to shift manually. The GLS AWD posts fuel economy numbers of 17/23 city/highway mpg with either the manual or automatic transmission. The GLS AWD also comes equipped with such standard features as antilock brakes, electronic stability control, traction control, and power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering, and cruises on 16-inch alloy wheels.

Inside, the '09 Santa Fe GLS AWD comes with a limited range of standard features, including air conditioning, deluxe cloth seats, keyless entry, cruise control, and a six-speaker AM/FM audio system with XM satellite radio, a CD player, and an MP3 input jack. Rear privacy glass and a tilt/telescopic steering wheel also come standard. Exterior features include power sideview mirrors, roof rack side rails, and dual exhaust outlets. Standard safety equipment includes dual advanced front airbags, as well as front seat-mounted side-impact and roof-mounted side curtain airbags.
