Trailblazer's SS option can be applied to either trim level. Exclusive features include a sport-tuned suspension, 20-inch polished wheels and special interior and exterior trim adjustments.

The SS badge also signifies an upgrade to a potent 6.0-liter V8, making 391 horsepower and 395 pound-feet of torque. Even the SS offers a choice between two- and four-wheel drive. The SS will rocket from zero to 60 mph in 6.3 seconds.

TrailBlazer options include leather upholstery, a sunroof, a rear-seat DVD entertainment system, a navigation system and a premium Bose sound system with an in-dash CD changer and satellite radio.
