[Edit] The 2004 MDX Touring trim has the same 3.5-liter V6 as the standard edition, but offers some comfort-and-convenience-type luxuries not found on the base model. The Touring package offers a roof rack, rain-sensing wipers, and a Bose sound system with in-dash CD-changer.
Some of the more popular options on the 2004 MDX are available only with the Touring trim: the rear DVD system and the navigation system. An optional rear-view camera is offered, and is popular for making parking easier in the wide SUV.
