2001 Chrysler Town & Country LX Summary
The front wheel drive LX is the lowest priced Town & Country minivan offered in 2001. It is one of two models to be powered by the 3.3 liter Flex Fuel V-6, which is now more powerful by 22 horsepower, at 180.
Although all Town & Country models come with a considerable amount of convenience items, the LX's equipment list is the shortest. Two captains chairs, full power accessories, heated mirrors and cruise control are standard. After the arrival of the new EX, Chrysler decided to eliminate some of the features from the previous LX, including the power driver's seat.
