The S60 T5 uses a slightly smaller version of Volvo's inline five, but a turbocharger provides a total output of 247 horsepower and 243 pound-feet of torque.  The manual transmission comes standard here, and the five-speed automatic is optional.

Exclusive features at this trim level include a special cloth/vinyl upholstery, an eight-way power passenger seat, a trip computer, garage-door opener, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror.  Add-ons include a sunroof, navigation system, OnCall Plus, xenon headlights and a four-disc CD changer.
