The entry-level LS is powered by Chevy's 4.8-liter V8, making 285 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. Optional here is the 5.3-liter V8, which bumps horsepower to 295 and torque 335 pound-feet. Both power plants are paired with a four-speed automatic equipped with a tow-haul mode.

Standard features on the LS include tri-zone climate control, a CD player, keyless entry, a cruise control and OnStar. The LS seating setup includes two rows, both three-passenger benches, and an optional third-row bench offers seating for nine.
