2011 Cadillac CTS 3.6L Performance AWD Trim Overview

With its larger engine the 2011 Cadillac CTS 3.6L Performance AWD finally has the muscle to pull (or push) its nearly two-ton curb weight. The upgraded 3.6-liter powerplant, with 304 hp and 273 lb-ft of torque, proves a suitable motivator for the sophisticated Borg Warner AWD system that makes the CTS 3.6L Performance stick to the road like glue.

Outside the 2011 CTS 3.6L Performance AWD gets stylish 18-inch wheels (19-inch alloys are available) and xenon headlamps. The suspension has been revised to deliver a sportier ride, and the larger engine gives off a slightly deeper exhaust note. The interior features standard leather seats, an auto-dim rear-view mirror and an excellent AM/FM/CD stereo. Options include a slick (yet pricey) set of Recaro bucket seats and a relatively intuitive GPS navigation system.
