Good Ride — the 400 feet of torque is nice... but id go for 650 any day... you can pretty much destroy any vehicle with an edsel thanks to its bumpers that are really more like massive steel battering rams. take out the smart car.... you know itll be fun! Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

1958 Edsel Ranger 4 Door Sedan — Always wanted one after seeing Edsel #1 in Henry Ford Museum during a 6th grade field trip. Didn't know that there were 18 models offered in 1958 from Edsel Motor Division. Yes they were their own division, along with Ford, Lincoln and Mercury. Designed to be the medium price cars between the higher priced Mercurys and the lower priced Fords. Mine was the lowest with the fewest options available. You couldn't even get carpet in mine, only rubber floor mat. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

ProsPowerful engineEasy to find parts for and an easy resore for someone just starting out, Turns heads from blocks away. Cons4 wheel hydralic drum brakes on a 4000 lb car mean you have to make sure to start slowing down early. Tele-Touch Electric Transmission can give problems if not properly maintained
