My experience was great. No BS. This dealer got right to the bottom line. In matter of minutes was able to purchase & got home delivery with my trade in picked up. Made mistake with earlier review the negative was intended for different dealership. Would highly recommend this dealer

Helpful and very trdpondive
What a wonderful car buying experience from this family-owned dealership! From the sales person (thank you, Veronica) to the financing, that pit-in-your-stomach dread of buying a car, is absent here. They are not going to screw you over (pardon my language).Their cars are reasonably priced and they are fair. They want repeat customers and are real people who treat you with respect. Next time I buy a car, I'll go back to them! Thanks guys!

The salesman was very nice and helpful. The only issue I had was when it was time to sign the paperwork, the price listed on CarGurus was $9,291, but he said the actual price was $10,991. He said they don’t usually like to deal with third party vehicle listers because they often don’t list the correct price. That was very disappointing. I would advise someone buying a car from their lot to call and find out the actual purchase price before driving over there and starting paperwork.

Got right back with me...
Purchased a CPO Hyundai Sonata. Good sales experience with extensive test drive. Upon taking delivery I noticed a few chips in the windshield. Even though the sale had been completed, the dealership agreed to replace the windshield. I took it in a few weeks later for replacement. Brian in service was very professional. Only complaint was feul tank was on E when I took original delivery.

Honestly, the sale felt somewhat high-pressure. It took two
salespersons significant time just to be able to negotiate a fair price.
However, I did eventually leave satisfied with my purchase and the price,
so I can still say that I had a generally positive experience.

dealership before they had even told us. made false promises. i would NOT
recommend them at all!!!!!

Unfortunately two of the cars we were looking at were already sold when we
contacted the dealer. But they were very prompt in contacting me to follow-
up on my initial inquiry of both cars.

The dealer advertised the vehicle as the Hyundai
Ultimate on their internet page. However, it was the
signature model. We had been corresponding for two
weeks before I went to see the vehicle. When I pointed
the problem out to the salesman he said " no its always
been the signature. I pulled up the internet add and
showed him their mistake. He said he didn't know how
that happened. Bait and switch. I checked a few days
later and the false information was still there.

I would buy a car from Hazim Ibrahim, who is a man of his word, at Premier
Hyundai of Tracy again in a heartbeat. They were wonderful to work with
from sales, finance and hand over of our new car. We were in and out in
less than 2 hours.

Contacted me same day; followed up
with me to set appointments.
Unfortunately I don't have a vehicle so
my ride didn't show up to take me to my
appt. I'm still in the market and doing a
lot of my research on the Internet. Only
thing about this vehicle is it was a bit
over market price compared to other
vehicles that are the same i.e year,
model, miles, and features, but are
farther away. Looking to buy ASAP so
we'll see.. Would def recommend based
on customer service alone!
