Daniel Cardona, the guy that was helping was quick to respond to all my questions and was super nice. So far this is the best dealership I've been in contact with.

Incredible car buying experience! Katy Nissan is doing things differently by building relationships and putting the customer before the sale. VINNY was an outstanding salesman. They really took care of me. Gave me more for my trade than I owed. Came down off the price a little. I ended up with a nicer, newer truck with lower monthly payments than I started with.

The mileage as stated online is incorrect. The actual mileage was three times as much. When I questioned the dealer about the difference they just kind of shrugged. My guess is that they post a low mileage to get the price to for the vehicle show as great deal. Sounds like a digital bait and switch.

Of all dealers I contacted with a question, they got back to me fast. I had both the Internet Sales guy Daniel Cardona and his boss Bob contact me separately. These guys demonstrated they wanted my business both on line and in person without being overly pushy. Very Professional. They didn't have quite what I wanted but If I lived in Katy (I Live 50 miles away), I would be shopping here. They treat you right..

They DID NOT Have the car anymore.. but they Automatically ADDED me to their Email list without my consent. They should only send emails I requested. I tried to unsubscribed but the emails kept coming.

Dealers did a great job making me feel welcomed. Very well put together establishment. However, once the finance stuff began, it turned into a nightmare! Changed price on a used vehicle, I saw online a week prior but acted like the price I saw never existed. They pushed hard to make me add-on a lot of useless options that I said I didn't need. Made them fully aware I didn't want to anything down and they agreed until the final stages and forced me to pay a down payment or I would not be financed anymore!! The whole buying process took me 5 HOURS because no finance person was available to complete my deal because they were in meetings!!! Once I actually left, it didn't get much better. My sticker price paper was shoved into my glove compartment, the car interior was wiped down with an extremely oily product and the knob on my radio was taken off. Completely lackadaisical effort to get my car cleaned and ready. To top it off, my oil was never changed. 3 weeks(1000 miles) later I'm already needing an oil change (No one showed me the car had an oil life display on the dash until the dashboard alerted me that my oil life was at 5%). Plus I need to drive 3 hours back to them because I work outside the state just to sign papers they forgot to give me on Day 1!! Been a rough experience and I didn't feel valued as a customer at all. Felt like I was fast-talked through paperwork so I would end up spending more and that I was just another sale. But everyone has a job to do, and their job is to sell me a car. Just wasn't the best experience as my first time purchasing a car. Maybe it wasn't my day lol

I was called several times by different salesmen and just completely dropped without a response as to why - even though my credit score is not a good one - I did have a cosigner ready if I needed one. While, it never even got that far. I have bought several cars in the past and this place has been the worst experience.

Darrel, the sales person was great! He showed us the car, told us all about it and went with us for the test drive. The price he quoted us was basically the selling price we agreed to. No back and forth games to the manager stuff. Very pleased with Darrel and Auto Nation. Since our purchase, Darrel has reached out to us to see if we had any questions and to see if we were still satisfied. A very nice experience, thanks to Darrel. I highly recommend them.

My experience with them was awful. I drove up to Katy to see the vehicle and they misled me. They had no pictures of the truck and I just went by what they had told me over the phone. It wasn't at all what I expected and it was dirty. I didn't buy the truck.

Went to test drive the vehicle and heard a noise coming from the differential. I asked and was granted a trip to my personal Mechanic. He confirmed the problem with differential. We returned the vechicle and notified the Dealer of the results but they were unwilling to make any concesions or repairs. Even though the vehicle had a "with warranty" sticker on the windshield. I guess they did not need the business.
