Dealer's invoice included VIN etching on the windshield. When I said I did not want it, the response was it is done to all their vehicles and would save me money on my insurance. The etching is not required by NYS or the insurance company. Customers should not be forced into buying something that is not required. It should be offered as a reduction to the cost of their insurance. I bought my vehicle in NY where the dealer said etching was optional and the document fee was $75. Greewich Honda wated about $300 for etching and around $500 for dealer administrative fee. Those fees made me purchase vehicle in NYC.

The salesperson contacted me quickly and followed up with the information about the car and fees that I requested. They were upfront about their document fees which was nice as most dealers are not! I wound up buying a different make of car but of all the dealers I contacted, Greenwich was the most responsive.

Poor. Looking for certified pilot. Called dealer and they advised mint condition. Failed to say the 2016 tip of line Pilot has Grill, door handles and emblems all blacked out after market. Should have been disclosed on this type of vehicle.

I called Greenwich Honda at 8:58am on a Friday morning and asked for the used car dept. I was told by the person who answered the phone from the parts dept that the sales dept doesn't open until 9:00 am and that I called a few minutes early and would have to call back. Seriously? I'm looking to spend $15,000 there and no one could take my call because of 2 minutes? What a joke! So I call back asking about the only 2007 Honda Pilot listed on their website and the sales guy is asking me for the stock number and couldn't figure out which car I was asking about until I had the stock number. He then said he had to check to see if it was still available and would need to call me back. It's 2015 doesn't he have a computer at his desk with the inventory listing? So he calls me back and tells me it was sold the day before. Hey Greenwich Honda how about updating your website when a car is sold sold. He tries to interest me in another car that cost $5,000 more than the budget I told him I had to work with. Needless to say I hung up. About an hour later I get a call from the Internet sales manager who told me he has more cars coming in that weekend but didn't know what exactly was coming and said he will comprise a list and asked if he could call me back in 10 minutes. I said sure. An hour had passed and I had not heard from him so I decided to call him. At that point he still didn't know what cars were coming in and didn't even apologize for not calling me back. He then went on a sales pitch to get me interested in a newer model because it would be Honda certified, which again was $5,000 over the budget I had previously told him when he called me I had to spend. So I spoke to 3 people and all 3 left a very bad impression. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GREENWICH HONDA NOR WOULD I SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE DO EITHER.
