There were a few minor issues with the vehicle but she rectified it quickly and detailed my truck high above my expectations. The dealer contacted me a 3pm and i arranged to be there between 6-7pm. The sales associate Sang i talked to over the phone said he would be helping me when i arrived. Upon arrival i was told the vehicle was not there because it was not back from getting sent to auction but there was no mention of the vehicle not being there at 3pm when the salesman first contacted me and i drove 1.5 hrs one way to look at this vehicle. I will never do business with this dealership. I would give 0 stars if that was possible.

Made an appointment to to go, when we got there the salesperson we were supposed to meet was helping someone else. They sent us to another salesperson. He told us there was another deal on the truck. He asked what other type of vehicle did i want. I told him, that was the reason i drove an hour and fifteen minutes down there was for that particular truck. We left. Very disappointed!!!

I was informed that if I was looking for a used car then its probably sold but they can find something else for me. I went to the dealer at night after it closed the same day and never saw that vehicle there I think it was sold but they never informed me they just want to get you to come in and purchase something else I will never purchase anything from them and I live three blocks from them

They sold the truck I was driving from out of town to go see (test drive and possibly purchase), before my scheduled appointment... Very disappointing, but I guess you should expect first come, first served! At least salesman called to tell me as I was driving and had not arrived yet, so I could turn around and never plan to visit there again.

I contacted Bohn Ford and was immediately contacted back. I was contacted a total of 3 times regarding THIS vehicle in a 4 hour time span. I went on my lunch hour to look at the vehicle. I get there and they advise me that it has been sold and they try to show me other vehicles. WASTE OF TIME! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FEOM THEM. They had more than enough time to check that the car was still there.

I read some bad reviews that autos were not on site after arriving. My sales person (Eric Stevenson) was very helpful and friendly. He sent me a pic of the auto just prior to my leaving B.R., La. to confirm it was on site. I got a great deal. No games. In and out within 2 hours after approved financing and detailing the truck. Even got a follow up text the next day from Eric. Great guy!

Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Set up an appointment to view a vehicle, told them i will be driving over a hour and half. Once i got there the vehicle was sold, and they tried to sell me something else. I wish i had read the reviews because this isn't the first time they pulled this on someone. 0 stars.

I had a really bad experience with this dealership,I wait like 30 mins before they told me the truck was sold.Then she going to ask me if I want to look @ another truck, I was pissed, so y'all can't contact me and let me know that, I drive from Slidell, I got up and left. They have poor communication skills.

4 stars only because I didn't get down to the dealing part of the process. Answered email right away and had all the answers to my questions. Shows me they took the time to read and put forth an effort rather than just call with a sales pitch. Could have had more pictures as I work every day and the dealership is a drive for me. Called me three times and said they would be waiting for me to show me the Toyota that it was parked in front. Called me two miles from the dealership and if I was coming. Got there no one knew me or what I was looking for. After a while a manager came to sell me a different car. Finally found out the Toyota had been sold. Old bait and switch at work

Good price for the vehicle. However the lack of knowledge was sad, the salesperson was very nice, but didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Then he went and got the manager when we were asking questions, the manager was very pushy. He said that anyone who drives over 20 minutes to look at a car and goes somewhere else to look at the same one... people don't do that. Well he is wrong, I'll look until I find the right one and I'm comfortable with the experience. I will never look here again.

I call about this vehicle to purchase it, I talked to salesman he took down my name my number and email the vehicle will be waiting for me when I get there. I had $7500 in cash put down soon as I came from Dallas then went straight down he told me he just sold the vehicle I was pissed. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dealership.

Great experience, they were very nice to deal with. Gave fair price and fair price for trade in. Even after I purchased Geniice answered all my questions very promptly and set up install of new tires and making of extra key and remote, very helpful.

We contacted the dealer, verified the condition of the car and purchased sight unseen based on their word. The car was not as portrayed. Both front quarter panels had 5"+ cracks, and a hood dent with paint removed. The dealer has agreed to repay the purchase price and reimburse us for the 1360 round trip mileage and hotel. We trusted their word since they were an established Ford dealer. Shame on us......and them.

HORRIBLE!!! Lies, lies lies!!!! Will never go back . They told me they had a Kia Soul and I went there and they didn't. Very bad customer svcs!!!! Would want a car from them if they gave to me....

Called and ask about a car that seemed like a great deal. Told me it was available but came shortly after to look at it and was told it was just sold. Read reviews that this happened before. Same car is still listed on their website and cargurus.

Bought used car. Needed some things fixed. I purchased the extended warranty but they were very argumentative on saying things werent wrong that I was complaining about (that another Lincoln dealer found). My warranty covered it so why did I need to hear all of that. So I had the things fixed somewhere else that they refused to fix. For the things they did fix, they had my SUV for 5 days and I handed them the keys I received after my purchase with the remote start attached. My keys came back with the key to start the car only. The remote start device was stolen off of my key ring in service. When I asked them where it was they didn't only get defensive about it but they denied even knowing what a remote start device was. GIVE ME A BREAK!!! Like my 3 year old car is the first car you ever saw with that device when in sales they come with the key. They are not worth the hassle. Very dishonest and rude people. Buy a car somewhere else and most of all get it fixed somewhere else. I heard on the radio a week after I bought my car negative comments on the service there. If I had previous knowledge things may have been different. They had a piece of trim broken on the body of my SUV that they evaluated and never got back to me on it. I am choosing to pay out of pocket to fix it my self so I can be done with them for good.
