Not good at all, when I went there they didn’t take care like a customer who trying to buy a car from or they not even trying to persuade me what so ever. I really didn’t like the experience. Bad business. And I went there to get the car from them if they were trying to help me more. They look at my appearance not what bring to the table. The car could have been my car

Fair transaction& flexible sales team made my experience at Bay Ridge Chevy stress free. From Sammoy, Receptionist, professionalism (she was honest and told me the used 2018 Infiniti SUV I wanted to see had a sale pending, but they had three similar ones, other dealers lied about availability). Chris, Sales person when above and beyond by staying late on a Saturday night to finalize the deal, I know its his job, but he was professional,helpful and always acomodating my concerns of buying a car at night :-) they even pulled the SUV inside the show room lights so I can inspect before test driving it, previous dealerships treated my wife & I terrible, deceptive sale tactics, lies, excessive fees, extended warranties fake requirements. These guys accepted our fair, reasoble offer in 10 minutes vs other dealership 45 min 1hr mind games "SALES TACTICS".WE asked for floor mats, Ali, the Sales Manager made it happen right away no hassles. Chris, Ali and Sammoy made it professional. FINALLY

The sales woman was respectful, but they had a sticker price for $5000 more then the price on Cargurus. I was told that for me to get that price I had to let them do the Financing through them. If I do it then I will pay the sticker price. I went directly to Bay Ridge Chevrolet website and found that they had the price dropped from the original price $14280 to 12990 then the same double talk continued. Not cool

After finding a car that I liked at Bay Ridge Chevrolet, I contacted a sales person and asked if it was still in stock. He said yes but when I told him that I needed to purchase a car soon & I planned to pay cash, he said I would need to talk to the manager... but he was “too busy to talk at the moment”. I patiently waited for him to call back over the weekend... no call. I called back again, & my original salesperson was “out” so I spoke to another guy who told me the same thing and promised the manager would call me; 24 hours later-no call. I decided to get the car inspected while waiting. After reading the report I called Bay Ridge & requested the mgr call me to arrange payment at their asking price. When he called, he informed me that their policy for cash payments was adding a $3,995 charge to make up for lost income that they would have made by financing the car. Wow, that’s a deal breaker! I wish I had been promptly informed. I would have saved time and $ spent on inspection.

I worked with Dani and I was told by Ali not to worry at buying a preowned vehicle from the lot , that everything was going to get fixed and taking care of , signed all the papers and picked the car up about a week after doing so , only one thing was fixed everything else wasn’t even looked at , I’ve called everyday and the only answer I get is we gonna get back to you . I’ve never had an experience like this in a big car dealership , I’m always told that parts are backed order and when asked for a list of parts to order them myself and have the car fixed there is no answer .

The sales team not help at all and they never response , I was interested to buy a truck $45000 value , and after I was visit their show room and checked the car, after that nobody care and nobody even response the phone call. Very very bad to de with them

Could not be worse. Emailed and asked for pics and Carfax. The response, “send me your phone number” and “we have a lot of great cars”. Good for you, I’m asking about a specific one. I reply back,”let’s start with the pics and carfax and go from there” No response. Nothing. Sometimes in sales you just need to answer the mail. I’m looking for an A8, don’t think getting me on the phone you’ll be able to talk me into a Suburban.

Sales people Jason & Rachel were absolutely wonderful. Even Gina, the front desk clerk was sweet. Ali, the manager however is a bit standoffish, abrupt & cold - he needs some classes in warmth & compassion. Didn't get this vehicle because of Ali of course; but overall, my experience here was pleasant.

the worst manager have i ever met, they took 1000 deposit to sell the car for us after that day. we came one more day later manager tried to sell us another car and then he told us about less credit score. Everything changed only one day later. And then we asked for to take back our deposit thet rold us you can recieve it 3-5business day 1 week passed we called them again but they told us we have wait 1 month!!!! we trust them and gave money but we didnt recieve yet, as i can say dont trust that stuff they wont refund your money when they tell you i hate this job and business
