Worst experience in my 8 car purchase history. Apparently every used car gets $2,700.00 non negotiable package added to the price of the car. Package includes another tint on an already tinted truck, paint protection and an Alamo Toyota GPS. Would not recommend.

I got a call back right away after inquiring on a vehicle. I didnât answer the phone as I was busy, but I responded by email stating I wanted there best drive out price. They emailed back saying they wanted me at the dealership to get there best price and for me to drive the car. I stated I didnât need to drive the car as itâs a low mileage vehicle, I know what they drive like and Iâve done my research, plus Iâm like an hour away, heâs response wasâ¦ âhe was in a state of loss since if he would give me a price, I would take it to another dealership and they would beat the priceâ so I didnât get a drive out quote because of that. Well guess what! I emailed another dealership anyways, got there best drive out price, no questions asked. I ended up purchasing new since they gave me a deal I couldnât refuse. I also want to add that the negotiation was through email, and yes other dealers will negotiate through text/emails, you donât have to go in until the deal is made,â paperworkâ
