Didn’t have this Tahoe but almost got something else. They told us what we could get sweet denali. loaded. ran credit all good asked if we could find something little better on gas and they got upset and ghosted me and I was trying to get it for my family and they let me dad hard no call back no email no sorry we can’t help u just a I’ll see what I can do and I’ve not heard from them since. I’ve been embarrassed at three more dealerships since then. Sorry ,Mr Howard I know this can’t be a reflection of you but a couple guys didn’t handle this well and we still need a ride

Reasonable communication but kept getting disconnected when I would call their dealership and the receptionist would transfer my call. Had to do a lot of texting. Did not buy from them because they were not up front about their Certified Pre-Owned fee of $1,500. Plus they have a ridiculously high Documentation fee. Just felt baited by their good price in their add only to be disappointed with their reality price.

My wife and I had searched the internet to find the car we wanted and at a price that fit our budget. We found it at Toyota of Paris. We don't live in Texas and knew we would need to fly into Dallas, travel to Paris, test drive the car, and if was what it looked to be, buy it and drive it home. Nick worked patiently with us, carefully describing and videoing the exterior and interior of the car. He provided a clear price quote and even took a test drive with us on FaceTime until we felt comfortable moving forward. He arranged for a driver to pick us up and bring us to the dealership. As we looked over the car and took it for a test drive, it was exactly what Nick said it was. He had all the paper work prepared and we completed the purchase in short order. Dealing with someone who is honest and transparent was refreshing. We took a real risk as out-of-state buyers and rather than taking advantage of us, Nick took extra care of us. We highly recommend him and Toyota of Paris.
