The description of the vehicle online was different than what we saw in person. The initial person that contacted me via email was very snarky. The dealer added on a ridiculous dollar amount in dealer fees. The sales people were very friendly but the finance person was condescending and arrogant. We left the dealership visited another dealership in Ft. Worth and had a much different experience. We drove off the lot with a great vehicle at the stated price with not additional hidden, exorbitant fees.

[Zero Stars] Won't recommend if you are buying online. The communication is pretty slow and not consistent. Random additional accessories fees ~$3-4k got added which I didn't ask for and they won't answer why it was added. Only partial information is shared. Their website and some of their representatives say they deliver out of state, but they don't. They say they can help, but they can't. You need to interact with multiple representatives daily, and their numbers aren't consistent with each other. Not a good experience. This Jeff person is not at all helpful. We have been having conversations through email, and all of a sudden now he blames it on me not to have received his calls. It's taking them more than a week now for them to share basic information. Even extended warranty details are tough to get. Won't ever recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately this dealership pulled a bait and switch on us. We found what we thought was the perfect car and called to confirm that it was on site and available. When we arrived we were told that the car had “just sold” but that they could get us into a new car for a similar price. We walked out. The dealership called the next day and said they’d made a mistake and the car we wanted was available after all.
