Alex got back in touch with me the same day I contacted them about the SUV I was interested in. Steve was very knowledgeable about the car and showed me how things worked in it. Alissa (manager) helped get my payments where I needed them to be. John, I think that was his name, got all of the paperwork ready and went over everything in detail including the extended warranties that we could've bought. CarGurus, well, they made it all happen because if it weren't for them posting the car on their site, I would've never seen it.
