Had an appointment to go test drive and they had already sold it and didn’t bother calling me before I got there. Used car manager acted like he didn’t know who I even was although he called me that Friday to tell me oh you are going to like it. They had my number and that could have saved me a trip. Rude

Two difference people told me over the phone that the car was available to look at and test drive, my wife and I drove an hour to get the vehicle, we had are own financing, but when we arrived at the dealer we were told that the manager had taken the maxima home and he was out of town in Miami. We were very disappointed.

When we got to the showroom. The dealership lied about the price and discounts. It was a Bait switch at the showroom overcharging over msrp. Not a good business if your looking for a great deal on a new car. Shop elsewhere

Dealer responded right away. The listing didn’t have any pictures so the rep went above and beyond and took a video of the vehicle and sent it to me. I am over an hour away from this dealer so that was super helpful. I ultimately drove there and bought the car. Not before the typical dealer haggle but overall it was a very good experience.

The sales associate, Nabi Ahmadi and sales manager, David Herrera were extremely helpful and very professional. They were avale to answer all my questions and made the buying car process a breeze. Mr. Ahmadi was able to provide all the financial choices available. Overall had a very pleasant experience with the dealership. As with every major purchase, do your homework before hand and come in prepared to ask questions and negotiate the best possible deal. I received great service knowing beforehand what to expect, they listen and I did not feel rushed or pressured. They made sure I understood all details along the way.
