I showed up on time for my scheduled appointment, emailed Isaac Cruz that I was in the lobby, told the other salespeople who I was and that I was looking for Isaac - they told me he was washing my Tesla and would be right up, I waited over a half hour and finally emailed again that I needed to leave. I tried to call the number listed on Isaacâs email but no one answered. I also reached out to Frank Cruckson, who emailed my meeting confirmation information to me, but he didnât respond either. I am disappointed and confused by the treatment I received yesterday. No one has reached out since this happened.
