I made this dealership an offer of $18500 for a 2016 used vehicle, they agreed over the phone. After a test drive the out the door price was $24,340.00. Telling me I have to finance with them or no deal.Tellings I can't finance with my credit union, I then told the sales rep I would only purchase the vehicle if they moved the price to $21,000,they told me to sign then went away and came back with a price of $21,750.00 and told me it was still 21 at the end of the day.i ask for the paperwork to go home and think about it and the sales rep grabbed them off the table. You guys have cameras all over you building this happened on April 16 2024 at approximately 11:50 am.

The add states the price on the car is 120,951. When the dealer contacted me he laughed and said “ absolutely not! That is MSRP, the price is $250,000!” The add plainly states the price. I won’t do business with any dealer that does business like this.

Truck was posted for a certain price but ended up being 5k more than advertised price. Salesman was nice but as we were working on a deal, probably wasn’t his fault but all of a sudden the truck sold.

I was frustrated with the whole experience. I understand our salesman was new. However, no one was helping him guide us or even giving him the proper info. We got a literal printed picture of the work order. I wanted to see what work had been done. Then it was super confusing, to the point I took the car to a 3rd party to clarify what was done. There were so many errors in the contracts we even pointed it out in several areas to Finance. We were told " I don't make these, someone else does it" That concerned me. Then we were charged with an $1850 fee for "maintenance." I told them the car has 54,000 miles it should not need $1850 worth of maintenance. Turns out $880 of that was the Safety inspection and the maintenance of our car. The rest of the fee is the average amount of the cost of maintaining and repairing the other used cars from what I understand. The average gets applied to all the used cars.

As soon as I walked in the door I was treated like a welcomed guest. I was invited to come in a look and warmly greeted . They made the deal happen in the car I wanted. The whole process was easy , no games, just straight forward purchase process. Edwin C. and Leroy took care of the whole process and kept me timely updated until the car was in my hands. Definitely go there and at least see what they can offer. You’ll be glad you did!
