My experience with the sales rep was very underwhelming. My partner and I went in browsing for two separate cars. First, the cars were not already up front and ready for us to test drive, the salesman had to go grab each one separately as we waited. Secondly, you would think because there were potentially two sales that the salesman would try and work with us on negotiation but it was a flat out this is what you get. Lastly, we had to ask all of the questions, instead of information being provided to us. It was almost like a “you get what you see” and nothing more. Not sure if the salesman was a newbie but I felt like I was trying to buy a cell phone rather than very expensive cars. I’m still in the market for a Range Rover but I’m going to explore different locations.
