The experience at Elk Grove Hyundai was good, employees were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There is one item that needs to be improved: the sale floor had a very loud background music and the type of music played was not appealing to everyone, as we discovered when we brought up the subject to their attention. Conversations and negotiations with employees were done under uncomfortable hearing conditions.
