If you value your time avoid. Waiting around for hours to sign the deal. Very rude manager was very dismissive of my time as if it didn't matter and said if I don't like to wait then don't buy the car, so I didn't and left. Really think about that, why are you making people wait hours to give you money? This place thinks that is acceptable because he made it sound like this amount of wait was normal for this dealership. I have never had to wait that long after agreeing to a price to actually close the deal. Poorly run dealership. Drove out from RI and they wasted my whole afternoon. Sales person was great, unlike most sales persons I have interacted with in the last few weeks in my car search they actually knew stuff about the car I was looking at that day. But problem is with management that think its ok to let people wait hours to pay. Again if you value your time at all stay away from Schaller Honda.
