This is the second dealer I contacted who did not have the listed car and probably will not. I did commit to purchase of a not yet available 23 Civic hybrid. Probably and hopefully next winter. I gave up on my search for the 22 Insight I was looking for. The dealer helped by informing me of the future vehicle.

Leading up to driving to the dealership, they were pretty responsive and helpful. Once we got there, the receptionist was so rude. It took her a minute to even notice we were there, because she was watching tv on her phone. Once we did get her attention, she acted like we were a burden to talk to, even though we had an appointment. Then we looked at the car. It was in incredibly rough shape, with a crappy fix of the front bumper, along with a massive crack across the windshield that made it hard to even see out of when test driving, along with about 5 error codes popping up with all the broken things in the car. To top it all off, the car salesman said that with all the “repairs” they had done to the car, it would be an extra $1000 on the listing price to pay for what they had fixed. Come on. We ended up leaving right after, and felt frustrated with our experience. We drove over an hour both ways to see a car that we feel was dishonestly listed both price wise and with its condition
