One if the very best (if not the best) car buying experiences we’ve had. Our sales rep, Kadasha Evans, really knew her stuff, was incredibly helpful, and proactive. She took the time to record and send us a video of the vehicle describing all of its features and showing the condition before we came in. The video was a very thoughtful (and effective) touch and got us to come in to see it. The rest of the staff were very honest and helpful and the “out-the-door” price was fair with very little of the “dealer fees” and minutia that you typically see from large dealership chains. Really impressed—would absolutely buy from them again

Called dealership to inquire and get out of the door price for car. The price was $1500 more than listed. Individual said because I had no trade in and was not going to use their financing. I ceased communication. Supposedly those fees were in fine print. I felt deceived. I had planned to drive two hours to purchase car but when. Dealers choose not to be upfront about pricing it makes me question dealer integrity. I would have purchase at higher price had they been upfront about it. In addition paint protection was also added in… too many extra fees.
