I called this dealer ahead to schedule a test drive of a civic si. I was the told vehicle was in showroom but would be outside for test drive. Unfortunately, this was not the case. In addition, I was told there was a $3000 “market adjustment” AFTER I arrived. So, that’s a hard pass for me and should be a warning to anyone who doesn’t absolutely need a car.

Pleasant car buying experience from on line contact to test drive and purchase. Sales person was down to earth and the entire team actually made car buying FUN.. who would have thought? Highly recommend!

Price is about 6k too high. I would snap it up in a heart beat for $21-23k. Dealership seems nice and does have enough information for an inquiry. It is just the price is a bit steep for a used car.

This dealer wasted my time with a preowned car. It smelled heavily of having. Even previously driven and used by a smoker. Thst is something that should have been disclosed when scheduling an appointment with me. I drove 55 minutes to this dealer and 55 minutes back. All it amounted to was a waste of time because had this been disclosed, I never would have wasted this time.

Enquiry went to an AI that didn't state it was an AI. Talked to it and showed up at the dealership. The car wasn't there, it was at another site. Ended up talking to a salesperson about potentially a new vehicle. Things went well until the sales manager came out. Far too greedy for what his charisma could pull off. It was funny, in one breath they said how scarce inventory was, and in the next they said how aggressively priced vehicles were to sell. I bought the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted from another dealership.
