Let's just say, GREAT SERVICE!!! I arrived at Rockwall Ford to view the vehicle, no pictures were online, met with Stephen Nagy, when you go there, buy a car from this guy. Stephen was quick to bring the truck, so I could have a look at it, he let me know the truck had just come in and wasn't up to Rockwall Ford condition yet, as I start the test drive, another dealer is calling me. I am talking with the other dealer, all the time Stephen is cool, just listening and giving me directions to exit and return to Rockwall Ford and actually answering questions for the other dealer. I knew then I would buy a truck from him. We get back to Rockwall Ford, he gets out of the truck and asked if I liked it, I said "yes", he told me I wouldn't need to see the other dealer, he would get me in the truck today. I am very pleased with Rockwall Ford, Stephen Nagy and I am waiting for delivery of my vehicle. I am Verne and I highly recommend Rockwall Ford.

This was the worse experience I had in a long time they pulled my credit from several lenders without advising me and it took 2 days for them to get back to me to advise that they sold the vehicle all they care about is making a sale and not helping the customer I would definitely not recommend this dealership!! I would give no stars but that is not a option that's why I gave them 1 star!!

If I could give a negative star review I would. Talked with a salesman gave my info and told him I would be there at 3pm on 1-27- 2023. I drove 120 miles and 15 minutes from the dealership they call and say they sold the vehicle.
