Always very professional salesmen. They even sent a video of car, so I’m very pleased with that. One thing I’m not a fan of is their fees they add, which can equal 3-5k of more before taxes, tag, etc. Essentially, if you see something that says 2-3k below market, be prepared for that to be compensated by their fees. Their strategy is to market it at below market value so YOU COME IN. Then you gotta fight to get those fees off or reduced. Always read the fine print in ads before going in. They put it in there but most don’t read it.

Was making a deal for two days. First day was numbers. Second day I told him we would take it we had the financing and was headed that way it would take us two hours to get there. Sent all the information needed credit app etc. got a call right before we were walking out the door to be told it was sold.
