The typical story of a phony dealership looking for a quick buck, insulting customers intelligence with obvious scams and markups, and using lazy basic excuses about their false advertising. I knew what I was walking into based on reviews I read about this dealership. 1st sales rep verifies the car’s ready & available, When I arrive it’s nowhere to be found and I’m told the typical “wait here while I found out” the same basic line all scam dealerships use. While I’m waiting I see another customer calling them out on their fake “discount” while suddenly marking up the car more than it would’ve been prior to the discount. They stood their baffled at the customer knowing how to do math and just watched with their arms folded not giving a reason. 2nd sales rep comes back and says the car is at the dealer getting serviced, no reason given to me either. Now I’m getting harassed by multiple reps to come back when still no reason was ever given. Stay far away from this circus dealership!

SOUTH SHORE JERP CHRYSLER Looking for a great auto dealer that goes out of their way for their customers DO NOT LOOK HERE Possibly the worst buying experience I’ve ever experienced in 40 years. Made a test drive appointment online after sending in an inquiry from cargurus about one of their used vehicles. Drove an hour to the dealership, no car out front waiting on a nice morning test drive OPPORTUNITY at 10:00 am Car was buried behind 6 other cars in a small detail garage IN BACK SOMEWHERE and no one even asked if I still wanted a test drive Looked car over in garage, inside and out Very nice car. Offered asking, advertised price for the car. Doesn’t work that way They have fees, dealer prep $1,000. Another dealer fee $900. Plus the normal reg fees and taxes An up charge of $2000. On an advertised price. The sales manager pretended to see what he could do with the owner. Who happened to be in a meeting, Owner would come to store in 2 hours and see what they could do, they would
