Dealer gave zero negotiating room and was high pressure I had to come on site even though it was a cash purchase, no trade it. I wouldn't go as far to say rude but not friendly.

they sold it Saturday I called and talked to them Sunday and was told it was still available. drove down 5 hrs Sunday night and arrived early Monday to find the truck inn the back lot sold to man on deposit

I wish I had a better car shopping experience honestly. I’ve had a string of bad experiences and this one really topped it for me. I was communicating with a certain employee (I’ll leave out his name so I won’t bash anyone) and I came in to see and test drive this. I loved it and honestly wanted to buy it but there were small things that were red flags I couldn't ignore. When I told the sales person I will think on it he immediately got defensive. Asking several times why I will not buy the car over something so minor and to not listen to my own family member who informed me that it wouldn’t be a good purchase. The sales person tried to push me to buy so much after I refused and gave my reasons several times. I should have got up and walked away but he was very persistent. If this place could overlook small important things like all the fluids in the car being up to date and standard then it made me think what else they overlooked. At the end of it all they just really want to sell

I found the car that I wanted and I worked with a salesman who sent me pictures and asked me if I could come today. I told him that was an out of town buyer but was willing to place earnest money down and come within a week. He stated he needed to check with his manager, and this was on a Sunday. I made arrangements to travel to pick up the car for that Friday. I sent two or three follow ups requesting if I could send money without a response. After no responses, I received a phone call on Monday afternoon stating the car had been sold. There was no apology or response to my request to send money. I was not impressed with the customer service experience at Darcars Chrysler. The least they could have done was clearly communicate with me, clear communication goes very far in the customer experience. As a result, I would not recommend buying from the dealership.
