General Dealership staff were very polite and helpful. However, management uses “bait n switch” so would not buy from them. They published one selling price for this vehicle only to raise it by $2k when I was ready to buy. This ruined my experience with them.

First of all longest experience of my life. I spent 6 hours trying to get the car plus had to drive back to the dealership multiple times. They tried to add on 4K to the price which was a joke cause they said it was for the rehab of the car( oil change/ detailing). Once I finally got my car the detailing work was horrible, they didn’t remove some point less film I asked to be removed, the battery was weak and could barely start the car and they left me on a empty tank. After complaining they gave me 3 gallons of gas and promised to replace my battery the following Monday. No one answered my calls so I had to go back down to see if my battery was ready and get the film removed. They informed I had to go buy the battery myself. I ended up having to go back again a few days later to get my ID which they kept, get my check, and remove the film which they did a horrible job. Over all 10 out of 10 on the worst dealerships I have ever been to, it was just such a piss poor dealership.
