Dealership did not accept my approval with west lake stated they use this to advertise and bring in business but do not accept them and still decided to hold on to my deposit had me purchase an insurance policy for almost a month without ever explaining they had no intentions of working with this finance company and that they had readvertised the vehicle … this dealership is extremely unprofessional,has poor communication and bad business practices and it clearly shows since both times I went to the dealership I was the only one there as a customer
