All the personnel I had contact with were knowledgeable and professional. Michael is did a good job and is still learning the fine points of selling. Charlie was excellent with knowledge across the board and was able to answer and address the items I requested. Justin was thorough with the warranty information and Annelise being the first point of contact was very responsive and made it easy for me to see the vehicle. When I was waiting to see the vehicle for the first time the keys could not be found and Joe kept me entertained with conversation while waiting. Note for improvement. When they detail a vehicle more time should be spent to make it look as good as possible. There were areas that were grossly missed. EG, under the hood, when I opened the back window it was caked with dirt, the chrome was not cleaned very well and the rims were still dirty. Charlie did get the hood area cleaned up as I requested... thank you Charlie I would recommend this dealership to others.
