Overall top notch experience. While some fees are higher than other dealers the out the door price for the used 2022 Mazda 3 Premium I purchased was great. The sales manager and especially the salesman that I dealt with Ivan, where excellent. Ivan is the kind of car salesmen that you hope to deal with, not pushy, knowledgeable, quick to respond to questions. Basically opposite of the old car salesman stereotype. Highly recommend Sansone Mazda and especially Ivan.

Salesman was very kind and straightforward with pricing and fees. He offered to try to match my banks APR for financing, which other dealerships don’t even try to do. They detailed the car for free the day I went to pick up the car. Would highly recommend this dealership!

After 2 emails and 4 phone calls, they refused to provide a price for a car. Their “team” was working it out. I explained I would not drive over an hour there without a price. Crickets…. Fortunately purchased a car the same night from another dealer that actually was transparent in their price.

It was a decent experience. Everything was ok.the car was not ready when we arrived after a week of knowing we were coming sat to pick it up. The right front tire had to be removed and repaired.we were there an extra 3 hrs and we were 3.5 hours from home. All in all it was an "OK" experience. NOT GREAT,NOT BAD.

Tried to buy this mazda cx5. Offered full asking price after trying to negotiate a little better deal. They added a 1890 dollar fee for inspecting the car. Never informed me of this fee they say they add to all there cars. Again offered full price minus fee they said no. Kind of scummy like a lot of smaller used car dealers. Would have expected better from such a large dealer
