  All in all this is a great car. Very comfortable ride. Great premium sound. The turbo helps a lot with acceleration and gas millage. Love the mpg. All the bells and whistles you could ask for for this size and price.

  We love the overall build quality and the clean styling. Its a solidly built vehicle with nice features, including 4 Motion all wheel drive. Its fun to drive and comfortable on long trips. Overall, this is a great vehicle in the small SUV class and easily trumps others in the same category such as the Toyota Rav 4, Honda CRV, and Mazda CX5, all of which we drove and found things to be annoying such as uncomfortable seats, road noise, etc. Update: Ended up selling the Tiguan, mainly due to our local dealerships service department being below par. We also, over time, got tired of the sluggish performance and soft suspension. Ended up buying a Jaguar F-Pace.

• Sharp compact SUV. Plenty available. Probably not large enough for a growing family.

  I like the price and performance, plus modest running costs. She is a little vixen. A wild young thing! Not a teenagers car. Needs a mature owner to tame the beast. Watch that turbo kick. She reminds me of the Mazda RX7 - just keeps giving more than you thought she had. Great for shopping trips and 200 mile excursions out of state alike.
