Spoke with Phillip and at first he was very quick to respond but after a couple of communications the response dropped off. Did not really give me a good feeling when he failed to continue communications.

Nice place however the cars battery was dead then after they jumped The car tried to open the liftgate but it would not open,so I made the comment about havin groceries in my hand how could I open the back she said just walk to the front open the door open the gate from the inside then walk back to put my groceries in the back. They did tell me that the remote had a bad battery also.

Vroom customer service all around from sales to contract is slow and often do not care that you're buying a car from them. I often find myself calling them to see where I'm at in the process. A week ago I decided to get this van and I haven't even talked to no one about delivery/pickup. Just do dealership or private sales. You pay extra here, for what? You to do all the work?

Apparently there’s a problem with the contract, but no one can tell me what. Every time I call I get a different person who doesn’t know what is going on.

Everything was fine until I was told to give them 500 dollars to take the car of the web which I didn’t understand for what reason if I’m getting the car it’s going to get taken off remind you that I submitted all my info an we both spoke to my bank smh

I didn't purchase the truck because they added $3000.00 to the advertised price. Not a good way to do business. I drove over an hour and a half to be disappointed.

They were very fair in my negotiations on the vehicle that I wanted.
