Lindsay VW was easy to work with. Only issue is that the vehicle we bought had to have the tdi recall completed before we can bring it home. There was no way to have it completed prior to us buying it. So that means another 2 hour drive back to the dealership to pick up my car once the recall is done.

Sales person (Justin) wanted personal information (home address and DOB) to give me a price quote. I had already told him I was an out of state cash buyer and had already provided zip code. This is super shady and I refused. His reply was basically good luck. GM (Jerry) took the time to explain the process better which I appreciated. I didn’t purchase a vehicle from them cause there pricing is not competitive enough.

Vehicle was in very rough condition. Needed new tires and the motor had a lot of corrosion.

Received information right away, great price on vehicles. Personnel was friendly and knowledable

Absolutely fantastic experience at Lindsay VW. I had the opportunity to work with John Mule in the sales department. After walking me through the features and test drive he spent a long time working with me to get the best deal and I left in a brand new GTI and will definitely recommend family and friends to check them out.

It was a good experience overall. I realize I bought a used Subaru at a VW DEALERSHIP but it would have been nice if the salesman would have found out the basics on the vehicle to explain to me.

Great experience. Maria, salesperson, was great. Financing was quick and efficient. My car was beautifully detailed and ready to go. While shopping for my car, I've seen some really high dealer fees and hidden misc fees such as $2,000-3,000, but this dealer processing fee is $799.00. I'm not sure if $799.00 was good or bad but believe me....it's a lot better than a lot of other dealers I visited.

The price on these cars aren’t accurate at all. I put 2,000$ down total ended up to be 10,000$. In fees ( imaginary fees ) . Plugged it up to obd2 scanner and well let’s just say there were more than 4 codes. If warranty doesn’t cover it you’re out of luck.

I went to look at a car, liked it, then they added $1000 reconditioning fee. Total bs. The Manager kept us waiting, trying to ice us I guess. Typical used car sales tricks, so we left.

The sales personnel I talked with were not helpful. They wouldnt give me a breakdown on the cost of the vehicle and when i finally recieved a breakdown through a manager turns out they have a 1500 reconditioning fee on all used vehicles.

We contacted them to arrange to come look at a specific vehicle, when we arrived they said oh so sorry, its actually in the shop. We drove an hour to get there and called to make sure we would be able to look at it when we went. Will not be looking there anymore.
