Sales rep very polite, knowledgeable. Test drive went well. Decided car was too small for my needs. The staff did work with me to offer me a very good deal.

Customer service was great and professional with no urgent harassment.

They did reach out to me by text and told me the car was not available and they would let me know when it was. Never heard back from them. I called the dealership twice but got no answer. Later they started sending me pictures of other cars but I never heard about the car I was interested in.

Great experience. Jerry was very responsive. Negotiated from out of state. Deal remained exactly the same once in person and the vehicle’s pictures didn’t hide anything visible in person.

This dealership was above excellent! We have zero complaints about dealing with them! They went above and beyond from he very beginning! We had a small issue after purchasing the truck, and these guys went out of their way to make it right! We would definitely purchase from them again! Everything went great except one thing when asked about leaving a deposit I said yes and handed over my atm card the same with the other part of my deposit but was never told that I would be charged a fee for using my card I finally pulled up my bank transactions to find that I was charged 27 dollars for using my card I feel the consumer should be told about the fee up front

Well I didn’t go the day I said I was and when I went the car was at a shop getting some repair work done, I just wished he had told me of the issues and that he was going to put it in the shop.

Yes and I made an appointment to go see the car .when I got there they said the car was gone and they had said they had lots in my price range but when I got there they only had one it was dirty and twice my price range .they tryed to talk me into a new car ..not what I asked for .I left a very unhappy customer will not use them again ...

Nick and Austin did a good job with the sale. The showroom is small with good cars as and they are selective with the clients they serve. I only have the car for a few days and my mechanic has found things that have to be repaired which is costly for me, but nothing major. There should be better preparation of the car before selling it. Overall, they were professional and the car seems to be fine.

Out the door price is much higher than listed. Listed price dropped $10000, but out the door only dropped $500. Otherwise, a pleasant experience.
