High level of great customer service

Nice people there but they put misleading pictures up. Truck in person looks terrible compared to the pictures. Its has all little scratches all over, the vinyl wrap covering all the chrome trim is peeling off besides the terrible job of it being installed, wheels were gross and had curb rash and scratches. For the money they are asking its a joke. Im really mad i was mislead and drove 1.5 hrs including 30$ in tolls to see this

Very good experience. Found a car I liked, talked price via email, was in and out of the dealership in an hour or two. No upselling, no bait and switch, none of the BS that had made looking for a car annoying. I'm not a bot, this isn't a paid review, and I would recommend them.

Don't waste your time. They post a fake price on purpose so they can trigger great deals on purpose. Once you go there they will try to fool you around and the price will be 10K more at least. All of their vehicles are overpriced. Look elsewhere. They had me drive 3 hours although I confirmed the price before heading out. They will say the online price is the financed price after 5K down. However it will be even way more than 5K more

Cars prices are fake dealer fees are $7000 they just put low prices to get you in then say the price is after 5k down and hit you with fake 2995 recondition fake 2995 dealer certification fee and fake transportation fee just to get you to the price they really selling the car for instead of just putting the real price and that’s before tax and DMV fee

This was the fastest car lot I went to in was done fast

Bait and switch. Despite confirming appt and that car was there was told the car had a deposit on it from the owner's friend, so not available. 2 hours in traffic and $30 in tolls! Poor customer service.

I received a voicemail and an email. When I called back, I was told that salesman is busy and would call me back. He did not I received an email from him that the car was no longer in inventory and then he offered me a completely different smaller car. After an additional suggestion with a significantly higher price than my original inquiry, I determined I would be better off leasing a new car

When I called them for car, they said they are going to sell car only to NY/NJ residents and cut my call.

We are in this COVID 19 situation, therefore both we and the dealer are very limited in what either of us are able to do. However, an associate from Liberty did contact us via email. He was friendly, helpful, and informative. Hopefully, before TOO long, we can visit the dealership, meet the salesman, and negotiate a deal.

Great Dealer

Told we were meeting the Manager and met a sales rep with 2 weeks experience. They tried to sell bogus warranties.

The dealership tried very hard to work out a deal for me however it was still just a little bit more than I wanted to spend. I will definitely use them the next time I want to finance a car.

Overall experience was great. We did not buy this particular Nissan rogue but we did end up buying a Nissan rogue from them

They play the old read the fine print game and upcharge $3,000 for required cpo package. So why not put that amount in the original asking price. I hung up.

I must say I’m extremely impressed with the professionalism and the welcoming environment at Certified Motorcar. Lisa assisted me with the purchase and she was amazing! I highly recommend this dealer. I love my vehicle and the price I paid for it. They don’t have ridiculous fees like a lot of other dealers do. Get your car with them.

Dealer was quick to respond to my question and very honest. Shows that they have character and professionalism in dealing with a prospective customer. Hats off to them for being so honest.

Very polite but they added $1,000 in pointless fees that weren’t advertised or disclosed until the last step in the process. Pricing is not as attractive as it appears. The fees were on top of tags, taxes, registration.

Drove 700 miles just to see the car, after pointing out major mechanical and visual flaws salesperson said "Normally we could take a few hundred off, but because of what you pointed out the price is firm". Until the end it was a very nice experience, but oh well.

Although the vehicle had sold earlier in the day the dealership promptly returned my call . Very professional and polite.
