Used Scion tC Monogram for Sale in Chicago, IL

Have not made a decision on the exact car I am buying yet, but this dealer has been very responsive to my inquiries and has answered my questions directly. So far, I am very happy with their customer service.

We had a great experience with Highline, we worked with Scott who had the car ready for us to drive when we arrived at the dealership, the car was detailed inside and out and looked like a new car. We did go ahead and purchase the car and received a very fair price. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends.

They suck... I thought I was pretty approved they asked me to put down $5,000 I told them I only have $2,000 I basically didn't get approved I guess, they need to communicate this information with me... the staff didn't know what was going on... I lady would call asking me if I'm still interested... poor communication skills

They were very good with their followup, but we purchased a different vehicle from a different dealer.

Scheduled a visit to test drive a vehicle. Sales rep pointed out that car was dirty. Got behind the wheel and low fuel light was on. Only 4 miles until empty. Was not impressed with this dealership. Why was the car dirty and empty when they knew I was coming in?? Bought a different car at a different dealership. I would not recommend this dealership.

The worst cars dealer ,he has a small dirty office with no cars. In my first visit he asked me to wait for him under the sun in front of another company and after while he brought the car from another location. I told him that I’m going to bring the money, before I arrive to his place in few minutes he called me to say that he sold the car, I traveled in that day four times, one hour in every time, for nothing and with disrespect.

Verified I knew it was a stick shift...and I didn't. Saved me a trip ‼️

Contacted several times. Got auto emails and 2 calls from different sales reps saying they would check on the car and call me back. They never did. I ended up buying a car elsewhere even though I liked the one they had. No follow through.

Very reputable dealership. Val is the best! I had some issues with the truck I purchased and they were taken care of with no questions. This was above and beyond most user care dealers in my opinion. And his associate Andrew is very knowledgeable about vehicles and was a great help also.

Honest, earnest, and hands above the table dealing. Very good listeners to what I was looking for and my purchasing needs. Only sad thing was the Jeep I was looking at sold before I could act. Next time I'm in the market, I'll call these guys first.

The dealer sent me an email, and when I neglected to reply, sent me another one. Really the major reason I didn't even look at this car is that Waukegan is so far away. I would recommend this dealer; they were friendly and understanding. I only wish they were in Milwaukee; I might have a car by now.

Purely a bait & switch dealer, their "best price" was $1,000 higher than your listing. I questioned why it was $1K higher and they said the car is popular- when are you coming in for a test drive? I told them "Sorry, no deal". I don't know who runs their quotes, but I can get a car from any dealer at the MSRP price.

undisclosed fees for interior warranty that they did not mentioned till signing all papers, unpleasant business manager who handles financing matters who was about to kick me out of his office. I would give them 0 customer service. I would not buy again form them or refer any friend. $500 hidden charge!!!!!!!

Went in to take a look at Maxima SV, did not end up buying this vehicle but Purchasd Acura TSX from Sam. All the vehicles there are very clean and are maintained! Process was very smooth and quick. We were in and out in 1 hour. Sam also gave us a free detail. He was very polite and not aggressive. He also gave $800 more than others were giving us for our trade in. We willl be back! Thanks!
