After they ran my credit they tried to charge me 1495. in total aftermarket and 890. in accessories. It’s a express model and is a basic work truck. They really try to get people so they can line there pockets.

I liked the fact that 1 person Chris handled everything from the phone contact to turning over the keys, and came back with a deal both parties could be happy with.

They have hidden fees and charges, not included in the price showing on car gurus so they can show as a good deal . aditional 981 and $895.00 LoJack Vehicle Recovery System registration fee, and $395 Clear Coat Package not included in vehicle prices shown and must be paid by the purchaser. So add all these unwanted 8tems charges to their vehicles and they will be the worst .

I made an appointment to drive an hour and a half to see and drive the car. When I got there the car was not on their lot. They wanted to go through the paperwork and make a deal without me even looking at the vehicle. After waiting a couple of hours they still didn't deliver the car so I left. They were the worst excuse of a car dealership I have seen . The salespeople were very unprofessional. I will never go back there.

Didn't buy this car. I bought the Ford Escape they had. I'm happy they worked with me on getting my car. However I was charged for things I did not ask for and not alot was explained to me about the car, like the auto start and stop. My daughter explained it to me. And thanks to my son for his help as well.

I decided to go with another dealer and let these guys know. They were very professional about it. I would've gone with them if I had the money for the car I wanted.

Stopped by and test drove the 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sport advertised at $26,859. It's lifted and felt very heavy, and rough over small bumps plus questionable braking so not really interested in purchasing. Sales manager offered the Jeep at $33,879.05, less trade-in of $2,500 for a total sale price of $31,379.05. That was $7,020.05 above advertised price of $26,859. Guess they neglected to include the price of the lift kit in their ad.

Denise the internet sales manager was great. She was very thorough and followed up every chance she got.

Great overall experience with this dealer, worked with my budget and got me the deal I was looking for! Taylor was amazing and I am going to recommend him to any of my friends/family looking for a new vehicle. Only thing I have bad I have to say is that I requested the picture he took of my new car and have yet to receive it lol but other than that STG is a great dealer and don’t hesitate to give them a chance for your new car needs!
