Used Mitsubishi Outlander SE S-AWC AWD for Sale in Miami, FL

Bait and switch. I called the day before I went and the day that I went indicating that I was interested in the specific car I was looking at. And each time they said the car was still available. When I got there, they told me that while they were certifying the car, they realize it had transmission problems and they sent it to auction. The car never was on the lot apparently. On top of that, the price on car gurus is not the true price. It’s the financed price after one puts 20% down.

Worst dealer! Would not give the bill of sale price until after they ran my credit . Car was advertised for 31,500 and the end with all their hidden fees car is 44,000$ the prices on their website are not true. They also want you to sign to some bank that they work with mangal both a total scam they just want your downpayment

It was pretty easy to trade in my car with this dealership. Through the website you can get your car appraised in three easy steps. The sales people were all very friendly and I even got approved for a loan with my bad credit.

They work with me to make sure I got the best deal possible.!

We found hidden fees almost for $4000 also they turned rude when you don't want to finance the car.

I got a great deal on my SUV. The final department gave me a better interest rate from my original pre-qualified bank. I am very pleased with my overall experience.

Shopping for a car at Car Factory Outlet was a breeze. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything as I normally feel that way when going to dealerships. I drove away with a 2019 Hyundai Sonata! I recommend this spot when looking for a car!

Bait and switch dealership. Very shady. Would not buy from them. They advertise one vehicle but when you call to buy it they can't find it and want to sell you a higher priced vehicle. Poor communication, barely answer phone. Do not return phone calls. Claim to sell online but when you try and buy online they refuse. Terrible dealership

They would not quote me over the internet . The women told me if I was not in Miami or Broward county that I would not get worked with per their policy. I responded that I would be flying to Miami from my home in Saint Croix USVI to check out the vehicle. She never responded back.They lost a sale and a customer because they were to lazy to give me a cash out the door number. I'll never use the CFO again.

Wonderful experience. Staff was great and quick to respond to my emails. After my purchase I noticed the side view mirror was shaking and I was able to bring it in the next day to get fixed. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership.
