I was contacted by Marty, on 8/17, on CarGuru the car was listed for $15,995 but I got an email with a price for $16,430.00. I said to Marty why am I getting a quote from you higher than what's listed on CarGuru, he checked and said the price I saw was correct. Anyway I did not go because at the time Marty called I was on my way to another dealership in LI. We actually bought a 2016 Outlander GT with more options than the 2016 Sport SE, Outlander listed at Wantagh Mitsubishi.

Told we were meeting the Manager and met a sales rep with 2 weeks experience. They tried to sell bogus warranties.

The dealership tried very hard to work out a deal for me however it was still just a little bit more than I wanted to spend. I will definitely use them the next time I want to finance a car.

The worst experience I have ever encountered the car was listed for 23,989 and when inquiring on vehicle it took forever to receive details and the the price all of a sudden was 32,500 and it didn’t make any sense and then stopped answering the phone and started to ignore my calls in the process of me getting this car

Requested more information, never got back to me with that. Three days later got back to with car has been sold. Very disappointed.

They contacted me immediately inquiring about my needs.

Sales person not personable. Brought vehicle from back lot to us and just left it running and said spend as much time as want to look at it. He just walked away and did not offer a test ride or answer any questions. Car was so filthy inside I would not even sit in it.

They responded with an offer for a car that was different than the one I had expressed interest in, and couldn't tell me what happened to the car I had expressed interest in. Since I am looking for a car with a manual transmission and they only had Automatic transmission cars, they could be of no further help to me.

My son called during the week to see if this vehicle was still available, as he wanted to make the three and a half hour trip to see it on Saturday. They told him yes, it was. The next day, he saw that the price on the car had jumped $800. When he called the dealer back to find out what had happened to raise the price literally overnight, they told him it is what it is, and not to bother to come look at the car on Saturday, as it probably wouldn't be available.

Working with Roni and Christina to find a new Pathfinder and trade in my Maxima was so fast and easy. They gave me a great price on my trade in and helped me find the perfect certified pre owned Pathfinder. They worked with me as much as possible over the phone so I was only in the dealership for a little over an hour and half to purchase my new car. They were so helpful!

Advertised $24,655 on CarGurus which I confirmed with them on the phone. I drove from Delaware to see the car. At the dealership the salesman added 999 preparation fee which I agreed to and then came back after taking my social security and other information saying that the car is actually worth 26,655 plus the prep fee. They also forced selling extended warranty to me on the car. Worst of all, the salesman was rude and extremely unprofessional. Biggest scammers, avoid at all costs!
